MICROCASA ialah projek antarabangsa pertama yang bertujuan untuk berkongsi pengalaman institusi dari Eropah dan membina kapasiti institusi di Asia Tenggara untuk mencipta bersama, mempromosi dan menyampaikan unit pendidikan berorientasikan kompetensi singkat yang membawa kepada kelayakan mikro dengan matlamat untuk menyelesaikan pelbagai masalah ekonomi dan sosial.<\/p>\n

Memfokuskan pada aspek kelayakan mikro yang berbeza, contohnya penciptaan bersama kandungan kursus, teknologi pendidikan, jaminan kualiti yang telus, teknologi untuk pengeluaran dan pengesahan kelayakan mikro digital, projek itu membina set komprehensif kecekapan dan kapasiti teknikal di Universiti Asia Tenggara .<\/p>\n

COMPETEN-SEA ialah <\/span>Projek Pembinaan Kapasiti dalam Pendidikan Tinggi (Capacity Building in Higher Education “CBHE”) yang dibiayai oleh Erasmus+ Programme Suruhanjaya Eropah<\/a> dari 2016 hingga 2019. Objektif utama COMPETEN-SEA adalah untuk membolehkan universiti terbaik di Asia Tenggara membangunkan perkhidmatan pendidikan jenis baharu yang mudah diakses, berpatutan, berkualiti tinggi dan berkesan kepada pelbagai kumpulan penduduk yang terpinggir daripada jangkauan pendidikan tradisional. Teknologi MOOC dipilih sebagai alat yang paling berpotensi dan sesuai untuk rantau ini dengan ciri-ciri spesifik (pertumbuhan penduduk yang tersebar di ribuan pulau dan dipisahkan oleh ribuan kilometer, pertumbuhan penetrasi ICT yang sangat tinggi yang membolehkan pendidikan berasaskan ICT moden, kakitangan akademik bertaraf dunia di Universiti tempatan terbaik, dsb.). <\/span><\/p>\n
